Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. For specific country availability, please contact our customer service team.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your package.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Socks
  • Underwear

All clearance items marked “final sale” are also non-returnable.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included when possible
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

How to Return an Item

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging if possible
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our returns center at:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
  • For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you

Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Processing

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Your exchange item will be shipped within 2 business days after we receive your return
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
