Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or receipt.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible.

Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
- Exchange Shipping: We cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Processing
